INTERREG Caribbean is a European Territorial Cooperation programme that enables operators in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique and Saint-Martin to implement win-win projects with their Caribbean neighbours, i.e. more than forty countries and territories. The areas of cooperation selected are: employment and innovation, natural hazards, the natural and cultural environment, public health, renewable energies, and the strengthening of human capital.

REACT-EU (acronym for Recovery Assistance for Cohesion and the Territories of Europe) is a European initiative integrated into the “Next Generation EU” recovery plan to help repair the damage from the COVID-19 pandemic crisis and prepare for a green, digital and resilient economic recovery.
